1 Is there a free version of Tourli?
Yes! Tourli offers a free plan that includes 1 project and limited AI usage. It's perfect for getting started and exploring the platform.
2 Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
3 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
4 How do I get paid?
You add your own Stripe account to your dashboard and all sales and payments go directly to you. You only pay us a subscription fee.
5 Can I use guides generated from Tourli for commercial purposes?
Absolutely! You have full ownership of all guides you create with Tourli. Use them for personal projects, commercial apps, client work - whatever you need.
6 What can I do with my AI credits?
AI credits are used whenever our AI agent processes your requests. As a general guide: generating a new guide typically uses around 100 credits, while making edits can range from about 5 credits for small changes to 80 credits for complete guide redesigns. The exact amount depends on the complexity of your request and the number of places you generate in a guide step.
7 What happens when I run out of AI credits?
On the Free plan, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan. Paid plan users can purchase additional credits at $20 per 10,000 credits. These credits never expire.
8 Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 24 hours of your subscription purchase. After 24 hours, all payments are non-refundable. Contact conrad@conradru.com to request a refund.
